No Bake Cheesecake



8 oz cool whip

3 oz cream cheese

8 oz sour cream

1/3 C sugar

few drops of yellow food color

graham cracker crust

pie filling of choice





Cream sugar and cream cheese with mixer. Add sour cream when blended well. Add cool whip. Put into a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.

Double batch to put into an 8x11 pan. Top with pie filling. Serve.
