Rhubabrb Crisp



1 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

3/4 cup oatmeal

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup melted margarine

4 cups rhubarb, chopped fine





Mix until crumbly and press half od mixture and press half into 8x8 pan. Cover with rhubarb.


In sauce pan combine:

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla


Cook until clear and pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbly mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
