On the Go Cheesy Spinich Scramble



1/2 cup baby spinich leaves

1/2 cup cholesterol free egg product or 2 egg whites

dash of black pepper

1 multi-grain English muffin, split and toasted

1 cheese single




Cook spinich in nonstick skillit on medium heat 1 minute or until spinich starts to wilt

Add egg product(or 2 egg whites) and pepper; cook and stir 1 to 2 miutes or until soft set.

Fill muffin halves with egg mixture and cheese slice.
