Holiday Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

 

2 pouches (14 oz each) Betty Crocker white chip macadamia nut cookie mix

2/3 cup butter, softened

2 eggs

3/4 cup dried cranberries

Grated peel of 1 medium orange

 

 

Directions:

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 13x9 inch pan with foil, leaving edge hanging over 2 sides of the pan. Spray foil with cooking spray.

 

in medium bowl, mix both cookie mixes, butter, and eggs. Stir in cranberries and orange peel. Pat mixture evenly in pan.

 

Bakke 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and just set in the middle. Cool completly, at least 30 minutes.

 

Using foil as handles, remove bars from pan. Cut edges off bars, then cut in 4 rows by 4 rows.
