Weekly Wonders at the Grout Museum District Weekly Wonders at the Grout Museum District
The Grout Museum District, 503 South St., will be presenting Weekly Wonders activities throughout the summer Tuesdays-Fridays, 9 AM - 5 PM.

June 10-13 | Starry Night | Bluedorn Science Imaginarium | Explore the wonders of the night sky. Discover constellations, learn about the motion of the sky, the phases of the moon, and how to track planet movement.
June 17-20 | How to Train Your Dragon | Grout Museum of History and Science | Get ready for How to Train Your Dragon 2. Learn about the history of Vikings and dragon lore, complete fun activities and watch the first How to Train Your Dragon.
June 24-27 | Dinos to Fossils | Bluedorn Science Imaginarium | Learn about the different ways that fossils form. Explore life from the past. Dig for fossils and make your own fossil to take home.
July 1-3 | Historical Fourth of July | Grout Museum of History and Science | Experience how our ancestors celebrated the Fourth of July. Learn to play traditional
games such as graces, darts and Capture the Flag. Enhance your mapping skills by “Finding the Lost Redcoat” and “Get Me to Philadelphia.”
July 8-11 | Scientific Detective | Bluedorn Science Imaginarium | Put your detective skills to the test. Uncover secret messages, crack seemingly impossible codes and dive into the world of forensic science.
July 15-18 | Innovative Inventors | Grout Museum of History and Science | Discover how people have used their ingenuity to change the world around them. Learn how many of us use these inventions in everyday life. Take part in activities that will inspire YOU to design your own solutions to everyday problems.
July 22-25 | Rockhounds | Bluedorn Science Imaginarium | Discover the difference between rocks and minerals. Learn how to identify a variety of materials based on their physical properties. Classify minerals using Moh's Scale of Hardness, and more.

These activities are included with regular admission:
Grout Museum/Veterans Museum: $10 for adults, $5 for children 4-13 and $5 for veterans.
Bluedorn Science Imaginarium: $5 for adults, $5 for children 4-13 and $2.50 for veterans.

Children 3 and under and Grout Museum Members are free at all locations.
